We make every effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, however we do ask you to bear in mind the majority of our items are handmade. As such there may be small variations in detail, wood grain, size and colour between items in the same product range. Any measurements stated in product detail pages will be approximate and usually indicate the maximum dimensions of an item in a product range. Limitations of your own computers equipment and/or settings may also affect the display of a product.
Pricing and Availability of Items
However much we endeavour to provide accurate information on a products detail, pricing or availability, inaccuracies and errors can occur. If we find a product has been incorrectly priced we reserve the right to suspend and /or cancel any order that has not been dispatched. In these circumstances we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of continuing with your purchase at the correct price, or if you so wish cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you within 24 hours we will cancel the order. If you have already paid we will issue a full refund. All our items include VAT. Delivery and any other chargeable options you select will be clearly displayed before any confirmation of order or payment is made.
All items are subject to availability. On selecting an item from it's product page you will be updated on its availability, if it’s out of stock, or you select a quantity that exceeds the number still available you won’t be able to proceed with the order. However if for any reason you do manage to place an order for an unavailable item we will inform you as soon as possible of it's next availability. If you have already paid and wish to reorder at a later date we will offer you a full refund.
We use Paypal secure payments to accept most major credit and debit cards on our website. You do not need to have a Paypal account or even register with them to use this method of payment. Once your transaction has been accepted Paypal they will send you confirmation by email and we'll arrange dispatch of your order. At the point of dispatch we (Siam Crafts) will send you an email confirming acceptance and completion of your order. No contract exists between you and Siam Crafts until payment has been accepted and the email confirming dispatch has been sent.
