Returns and Refunds

Returns

If you change your mind and wish to return an item(s) purchased from our website please notify us within 7 working days after the day you received your order. You must do this by completing our Returns Request form. We will confirm receipt of your request by email. We will not accept items which have been returned without prior notice and authorization. Items should be returned within 14 days from the day you received them. The item(s) must be in an unused condition in the original packaging with any labels/tags still attached. Please enclose your sales receipt. The cost of returning items will be at your own expense, and as we can't be held responsible for the loss or damage of goods in transit we advise you use a guaranteed and traceable method of delivery including sufficient insurance. We will issue you a refund within 30 days of the item(s) being received by us for the full price of the item(s) in accordance with the terms of the returns policy including the original delivery charges but excluding the costs of returning the item(s) to us.

Damaged Items

If items purchased from our website are damaged on delivery please contact us immediately, and no later than 7 days from day of receipt. All our delivery options require a signature on receipt, so please take time to examine the packaging carefully and if there are any signs of damage please write 'Goods Damaged' at the time of signing. If for any reason you cannot check the goods please write 'Unchecked' when signing. To contact us use the Returns Request form and provide us with details of the damage incurred, if possible please include a photo. Once we have received your completed form we will contact you and advise on how to return your item(s). Please do not return any item(s) to us without prior authorisation. When returning damaged goods by the method advised please include the sales receipt. On receiving the item(s) we will endeavour to replace, or issue a full refund including any postage and packaging costs incurred by you as soon as possible.

Purchases made with Gift Vouchers

Please note the same conditions above apply for all items paid for with a gift voucher, however we can only issue a refund to the original card holder account that was used to pay for the voucher.
